5th Gen How would you feel if Black and White were delayed and made into 3DS games?

I would be happy.

For me, I still need to complete Platinum fully, because I never really got round to playing the game properly. Same with SS because months ago I traded my Poliwrath to Platinum to learn Ice Punch and Brick Break and I've only just got the BP and shards to do so.

So to me, Platinum and HGSS are still new so I'm not really that fired up yet over B&W so... I dunno. If it meant more effort and going over everything and making it more shiny and awesome in 3D then great. xD
 
I would hate it. Having to buy a 3DS JUST for Pokemon? (as I don't play any other games on hand held consoles) Although I suppose I will have to buy one someday if they make a 3DS exclusive pokemon game.
 
well since black and white are coming inbetween or close to the release date for the 3ds i presume the 3d slider on the 3ds will have sum use on black and white. im sure gamefreak wont mind adding a bit of extra features for 3ds consumers.

or if you would like starfox 64, ocarina of time, snake eater...then yea
 
so long as you can play regular DS games on the 3DS, i dont really mind. i dont really like 3D too much
 
theres no way im gonna buy that future flop 3DS
so if it happened i guess no more pokemon for me :(
plus i dont even have the money to buy HG/SS let alone replace my one DSlite *sigh*

why do you think it will be a flop? I would say it has potential, though i probably will not get it until they unveil a 3DS pokemon game. My phat DS still works fine

Seriously, 3D Pokemon battles... *drools* ...now why do I have a feeling that whatever third verison B/W will get will be made into 3DS games...
 
As long as I know a fifth generation is coming out, I don't care. I already am saving up money for the 3DS launch since I'm definitely getting a 3DS with two or three games for it since some of the launch titles has me excited (such as Sims 3, Ocarina of Time, Animal Crossing, Nintendogs and Cats, and Paper Mario). So yeah. Gonna save up upwards of $500 for the 3DS launch.
 
I don't believe they would release pokemon on the 3DS without even making the whole game 3D. It would lower their sales for pokemon mainly because I don't think the people who've already spent maybe $170 on a DSi and/or $190 on a DSi XL are gonna be too pleased spending another hypothetical $200 on a new DS just to have to spend another $35-40 on each game. And the battles would be too weird in 3D. When your opponent attacks you it would look rather neat but when attacking your opponent, without a camera shift it would look rather awkward.
 
I'm kinda up for either. I'd like it for the DS cause I bet there woudl be a likely chance it'll be more compatable with generation 4 along with waiting a hell of a long time to a Nintendo Wii sequal to be made that will have to wait even longer for a pokemon game for it to connect ot. That would take forever so having it for the DS would be worth it.

However gameplay wise the 3DS should make sense and it looks like it would. I'm up for either.
 
I'd be pretty annoyed. I only buy Nintendo handhelds to play Pokemon games, so I'd be pretty annoyed to have to buy a new console for one game again. That'd be one expensive game.
 
Id be pissed, I finnaly just got around to buying a normal ds. so i guess ill never get them if they did this, although i doubt they will, but i do think the third game (like emerald/platinum) will be for the 3ds.
 
I would want it on the ds 'cause I don't want to buy a new system and the ds graphics are fine for me.
 
I'd be POed. I already pre-ordered my copy, so why should I get a game I cannot play??!?!? I JUST got a DSLite like a month ago, so I don't want to have to buy another thing that costs like 200 bucks =(
