How would you improve Miiverse?

I would put in a clock or something that tells you exactly when you can post again.

I'm more surprised that the limit is an actual problem for people. I don't mind it myself- but then again, the reason I use the Miiverse is mostly to promote games that I know would otherwise get less attention (specifically Little Battlers eXperience and Inazuma Eleven).

But the limit would be better if it was just gone. They have a cooldown so people can't just spam, anyway.
