Hi y'all, I'm Fastfro. I'm a long time Pokemon fan, I joined here a while ago but haven't been on since I registered, till now that is. So I'm here now and I'm gonna try to be active, I have a void in my life and I think its cause I need a community, hope I'm welcome. :D

Interesting set of rules. Just like all the other forums I've been on though, so I shouldn't be a problem ;)
One question though, we cant post roms cause they are copyrighted, and it says illegally alteration of roms is forbidden also, how can we do the patches for the games and the games that are made by others? That is allowed correct?

Yes, you're allowed to link to .ips patch downloads, or other patch format links where applicable. It's just about the only way members around here can share their projects without voiding some copyright laws. Hehehe. ^^;

Glad you decided to come on back, Fastfro. I think you'll see that it gets pretty crazy around here once you become a regular. Well, the board itself might not get too crazy, but we sure do. o/
