4th Gen Human Ghost in Pearl?

It doesn't affect the game. I think we have our answer. I love the Old Gateu because after you beat the E4 you can go there and catch Gengar. I think it has a rarity of 5%. So a 1-in-20 chance of fnding one although it may seem like 100 before it appears.

As for this "THEORY", it's unusual but I think that perhaps the pokemon got poisoned aswell so then they used the Old Gateu on the pokemon and then when the Girl and Butler died the pokemon left and this beautiful mansion was over-run by Ghosts.
 
Yeah I have no I idea what the two means either. But I only ran into the butler...

where do you find the girl? I have ran into the butler everyday and I have Diamond.
 
What!!!???? I spent so long looking at the ghosts. thinking if you saw them both THAT was the way get rotom, it took ages since not every time looked for them they appeared. i didnt think it was apart of enything i thought they were the way to get rotom. interesting theories
 
Yeah, I had the exact same thing happen to me on my Diamond version...

I wasted 2 hours trying to find something related to that.XD
 
The truth to the story is a rumor. The butler poisined the food eating it as well, but i heard the girl drunk an antidote

I've seen two ghosts, already mentioned I think, Girl and Butler, but I remember reading about a boy or something? Maybe they'll be useful later on (maybe an event or something?!), but as for now, the whole setting is wonderfully creepy... I love the Old Chateau, and the music is lovely (heh, I know loads say it's creepy...)...

But, I would love it if the ghosts could affect something in the game... Here's hoping!

It was the same on Friday in Diamond! But what spooked me the most was that the Girl had no Walk Animations. You didn't see her Legs move. SHE WAS FLOATING THROUGH THE DOORFRAME!
After that, I scouted the Old Chateau looking for her expecting a Battle or Item from her (Even the Eterna Forest) but I never saw her again. Even if you go into the room she doesn't appear. It could freak me out a lot.

Yes it has, it's built into the game. try going in and out of that room until you see her agin, she'll show up again, though it may take a while(or it may not). also try the same thing in the room to the left of that one. An old man appears downstairs in the diningroom occasionally as welll. The time doesn't do anything with the ghosts(I advise checking oput the ghosts before it's dark out if you're not used to seeing them). I ev train in the Old Chateau often and am used to seeing both ghosts, also there's a room with a portrait that watches you with red eyes that disappear when you are next to the back wall in the room it's in adn the two rooms on either side of it.The only other thing in there besided rotom is the statue that's glaring at you near the stairs(press the a button facing it to see what I mean).

I just saw the little girl at 9:21

Anyone remember at what time they saw the butler?
And where exactly in the dining room?
 
Wow, thats a waist of life. Going for something you cant even get to. Its sorta sad, but the theories behind the ghost people are interesting.
 
Really? That's an interesting Easter Egg...I may have to start going to the old chateu
 
I have theory, the evil Rotom killed the girl, then the butler, it fled to the tv and got trapped inside.
 
OMG.... You guys, you see the same girl again. This time she is in the kitchen where the long dining table is. I kept on going back into the Old Chateau again. And after the ghost of the Butler fled. I came back into the dining room and went into the kitchen on the right. And sure enough, there she was sitting on the chair. She disappeared right into the wall. o.O. I am surprised no one brought this one up.

I saw the girl, not the old man. I know there no effect, but I wonder whats the history behind them. Maybe they died in the Old Chatau.
 
It seems to me like a wealthy family. Maybe she was Butler's grandchild. I mean look at the dining room. I love that place. On my spare time i would sit at the long dining table. =p. Oh how i wish that it was Darkari's home.

It being Darkrai's home does make sense. Too bad it's not true.
 
There's a 3rd creepy thing at that mansion.

You go to the room one to the left from the middle and there's a picture...
BUT IT MOVES THE RED EYES LIKE SOMEONES WATCHING
AND IF YOU GO TO THE WALL...

THEY DISAPPEAR!!!!!!
