Well, Dialga and Regigigas are unpopular because they're legendaries, Golem (and this Regi-thingy as well) are pretty hard to obtain, so they're unpopular as well. Wobby is an uber, and most people don't like ubers. 'So i herd u liek Mudkipz' is everywhere, so it gets on peoples nerves, and Swampert is associated with Mudkip since it evolves from it. Mamoswine is one of these new 4th gen evos, they're unpopular as well.
After that, there are Dusclops, Corsola, Hypno and Ivysaur left, and because Corsola's and Hypno's fans were the most active, they managed to survive...
