I came up with this deck last night and gave it a few test runs on PlayTCG.

    Here is the list:

    Pokemon-18

    3 Hydreigon
    1 Zweilous
    3 Deino
    1 Absol
    2 Emboar
    1 Pignite
    3 Tepig
    2 Ninetales
    2 Vulpix

    Items/Supporter-29

    4 Rare Candy
    2 Level Ball
    3 Cheren
    3 PONT
    4 N
    3 Energy retrieval
    2 Pokemon catcher
    4 Junk Arm
    2 engineer's adjustments
    2 Pokemon communication

    Energy-13

    13 Fire

Strategy: The ideal starter of this deck is Absol. Absol when active allows you to decrease your opponent's basics health down by 20 when they are put on the bench. Putting this 20 damage on them increases Hydreigon's damage capacity. Pull out the two Ninetales through Level Balls and evolve them as early as T1, T2 at the latest. Then once you have them both out on the field, use Ninetales' Poke Power to discard Fire energies to enlarge your hand size and then pulling out Deino and Tepig from your hand onto the Bench and then using your shuffle-draw supporters to put back your entire hand into the deck and draw the required number of cards. After that, enlarge your hand size if Fire energies are available and finally evolve Deino and Tepig while using your Energy Retrievals to pull out the discarded energies and attach them to Hydreigon and shuffle-draw again to prevent being decked-out.

What do you think? Anything that can be improved on?

The main problem with this deck is that it takes a fair bit of effort to get Hydreigon up and running but it is easily OHKO'd by Reshiram / Zekrom EX as well as Terrakion. I am going to wait until Dark Explorers is released to build a Dark deck myself. More Dark support and I think Tornadus EX will be out too which is helpful against fighting Pokemon.
