    I have a question I am currently playing FR and I want to know how to teach my Blastoise Hydro Cannon?

    Can anyone plz help me and pls don't say that I don't have to teach hydro cannon....

    You could have used the Simple Questions thread y'know... =\

    *talks in simple n00bish* To teach Hydro Cannon to Blastoise, you need to take it to Island 2. Put Blastoise in the front of your team, and go to that house on the top of the island and there will be an old woman there in a house. You need to talk to her and she'll teach Hydro Cannon.
