    Not sure where to post. New to this.

    Playing Lost Artifacts. I have some Hisuian Pills but how do I use them? Does it not work on the Hisuian starters? Or do you have to use them before it evolves? When I try to use one it says "Now is not the time or place to use this right now.."
     
    I have a question... in rusturf tunnel after i caught whismur a fog with eyes appear and idk what was in it because it disappears after i battled a trainer in there. Was it an event for a pokemon or something?

    It happen at around 5:10 to 5:14 idk if it was morning but it wasn't night time
