Okay, after thinking a bit, I found a few ways in which I think, will improve your team.

I feel that Volcarona would benefit from more of an offensive based EV spread. With Flame Body as its special ability, it already posses a threat to some physical attacks. I would suggest this for Volcarona:
    Volcarona @ Leftovers
    Trait: Flame Body
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Modest/Timid Nature
    - Quiver Dance
    - Giga Drain
    - Bug Buzz
    - Fiery Dance
This set is much more offensively geared, which is what Volcarona is known for. Since Volcarona is weak to stealth rocks, and you have no spinner on your team, Volcarona won't benefit much from that bulky spread with half of its life erased immediately. I prefer Giga Drain over Roost as Volcarona now has a chance defeating ground, water, and rock types which could otherwise shut it down.

I feel that your team could use some stealth rocks, and Ferrothorn is just the right pokemon for the job.
    Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
    Trait: Iron Barbs
    EVs: 252 HP / 48 Def / 208 SDef
    Relaxed Nature
    IVs: 0 Spd
    - Power Whip
    - Gyro Ball
    - Stealth Rock
    - Leech Seed/Spikes
I feel that Stealth Rocks would be the better option as far as hazards go because it hits all pokemon, which spikes just can't do. Otherwise, I feel that Dragonite becomes a very real threat. Leech seed is optional because I feel like in such a fast paced metagame, people are switching out all the time, erasing that Leech Seed.

I'm not sure why Tyranitar is here, as it summons Sandstorm, which only Ferrothorn has any real synergy with. I would switch it out for Heatran as Ferrothorn brings out a lot of fire type moves.
    Heatran @ Air Balloon/Leftovers
    Trait: Flash Fire
    EV's: 252 SpA, 4 SpD, 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Fire Blast
    - Earth Power
    - Hidden Power Ice
    - Toxic/Taunt
This set is more of an anti-lead set, meant to shut down Ferrothorn, Forretress, and Skarmory.

That's all I could think of and I hope I helped. Let me know if you decide to take any of my advice.
