New player, just looking for broken mechanics...

Hyper potion uses the following wording (apparently) on the new release Sword and Shield:

Choose a Pokémon and heal 120 damage from it. Then, discard 2 Energy from it.

What's stopping me selecting an opponents Pokemon and discarding 2 energies? An undamaged opponents Pokemon would be a great target. Is this allowed?

Your translation source likely missed a "your" in it. Most of the sources I'm seeing say "Choose 1 of your Pokemon", which is pretty standard with healing cards.
