    I wouldn't really care either way.

    If Pikachu doesn't want to evolve, I'm not going to evolve it. If it wants to evolve, I'll evolve it.

    I mean, I'm either going to get a small yellow rat or a tubbier orange rat. It doesn't really make a difference to me, seeing as Pikachu can be just as strong as a Raichu and vise versa.

    I would let Pikachu decide, but if it was up to me I wouldn't. I like Pikachu better and haven't you noticed that Ash's Pikachu isn't as tubby as it used to be ^^;

    Nah. I wouldn't let it evolve even if it wanted to. o.o;;; If I evolve Pikachu too early, I'd have a Raichu who can't learn anymore attacks after evolution. x_X;

    No, I wouldn't evolve Pikachu because Pikacgu is more cute than Raichu. And Pikachu is the star of anim?, even if a person don't like pokemon, he knows Pikachu but not Raichu.
     
    I prefer Pikachu to Raichu, so if I were to make the decision, no, I wouldn't.
     
    Although I believe Raichu is a cool Pokemon, Ash likes Pikachu, and Pikachu does not WANT to evolve. So Ash would never make Pikachu do something if he didn't want to fo it.

    Pikacgu? I think you mean Pikachu, young one. Doesn't, young one, not dont. And, who cares if Pikachu is the star of the anime? Since we're speaking metaphorically, that has no impact upon you're choice. DUH!

    Anyway, I would probably evolve him after he could do a thunder attck. I wouldn't really ask it if it wanted to evolve, as since he was my Pokemon it would be my choice, not his.

    I would let Pikachu decide. If he wants to evolve fine then if not still fine. But it just wouldn't be the same without him. Plus I can't really picture a Raichu on Ash's shoulder LOL :laugh:

    Now, to the topic, i would have evolved it a LONG time ago. I would keep Pikachu until it learned its best moves, then evolve it immediatly. It's the stratagy I've used for a long time.
