I am Desperate.GIF image help!!

I cant stand this , i been working trying to rezise an animated GIF , but i failed . the GIF is 700KB. Its the door i think how its called.

I want to resize it to 128x128 pixels , to put it in my phone.

Nope i dont have image ready, and i tryed in gifworks.com and it failed uploading.
