what are it's iv's? is it ev'd? what level is it? if not ev'd I don't want it...

The Touched one is on level 25
The UT one is on level 1

Its IVs:

HP: 19-29
Atk: 15-19
Def: 27-31
Sp.Atk: 8-9
Sp.Def: 30-31
Speed: 31

xD I SR'd 1000+ times for a shiny Timid Azelf found one buuut didn't like his IV's so I SR'd again I kick myself all the time for that.

Yeah, Day Care center does not give EVs.
