I am looking for a specific kind of ROM...plz help

    These are the conditions:

    1. All the regions are present [Kanto,Johto,Hoenn, Orange Islands and Sinnoh]

    2.The names of town,cities,pokemon,items etc are modified [virgin ones]

    3.ALL ALL ALL ALL ALL ALL THE 400+ POKEMONS ARE PRESENT AND ARE CATCHABLE

    4.Proper pokedex with full info

    5.Engrossive story line

    6.No starters at Lv 100

    7. Can buy master balls at pokemart

    8.ALL LEGENDARY ONES ARE CATCHABLE

    ummm yeah... good luck finding such a hack. It doesn't exist and it won't exist. Maybe one can be made through RPG toolkit, but certainly not a ROM hack.
     
    You can't request hacks in this section. I don't think such a hack exists, but you can look at some of the tutorials and try making one like that on your own if you want. :3
