My advice (or tips, whatever you wish to call it) would be to click on the links Pokemon_Fan14 provided you with. They can certainly come in handy every now and then.

Edit: I'm pretty sure you mean rofl. It's an abbreviation for rolling on the floor laughing, I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not really interested in abbreviations or the use of them so I wouldn't normally be the one to ask.
