It depends on the topic, how much the person wrote, WHO it is, and how they react. Usually just a small chuckle and I move on. It's nothing that glamorous. You need a hobby is ninja'ing someone is the high point of your life.
 
I love getting ninja'd haha. Makes me feel like there's someone else out there who thinks the same way i do
