I am planning to get my Ho-Oh to transfer to DP

Still the wrong place... and they aren't dead either, just... qiuet. :P

Well, if the Swamperts have decent movesets and are at the same level as each other, from level 50 to 100, then yes, I would say so, although if you don't have Ice Beam that grass weakness isn't going to help you... and I don't actually know if there is any restriction on how many of a certain species of Pokemon you are allowed. There just might be a limit for Mt Battle, meaning that you can only take one.

You don't need to EV train Pokes for it - it's not so hard as you get continues for every clean sweep vicotory and it only gets 'hard' near the end...more time consuming if anything. A well-rounded team with good type coverage would help more, really. But I beat it with a Quagsire on my team. And, admittedly, a Raikou as well, but did with with little trouble, and didn't lose once.

Don't forget to register you team as well, and use that registered team, and to have purified all 48 Shadow Pokemon first as well. Otherwise I think you'll be fine - just watch for ice weaknesses (but some other pokes would be a decent idea as well), and check first that you CAN have multiple same Pokemon. :)

Hope I helped.
