As to your point about person events reapparing - make sure you set their Person ID (in amap) to a flag you set during the script. That what they will disappear permanently, or until the flag is cleared :).
 
You need to learn something, if you just started hacking you have to choose something for the beginning that you want to learn.

You can of course learn different things all at once if you feel like it.

But honestly the days in PC when someone just came on and wanted to make his own hack, and there where like 6 decent people joined right away are gone.

And most of the questions you've put up there have already been answered.
You might want to check the tutorials sections or the simple questions thread.

Also dont use any of those scripting tools, they're useless in a long run; go for XSE (Script editor) and use this tutorial https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/164276
