I can`t post anywhere besides this place

You probably missed out on the activation email. If your account is not activated, and you can't find an email in your email box, then contact an administrator, and ask them to activate your account.
That should work.
Oh, and the fact that you can't log out is probably uncleared cookies.
Go to Tools>Internet Options>Clear Cookies.
