3rd Gen I cannot pick up the hidden item (mushrooms) in Mt.Moon, why?

Hi everyone, I am not sure whether there is any pre-conditions that I have to meet before I can pick up the hidden items in BF1 Mt.Moon. Please look at the image I attached, I am sure there are two mushrooms here. On is above me and the other is on my left. However, when I press A after facing it, nothing ever happens.

Does anyone have any clue?

Can you/Did you confirm the presence of the items using the ITEMFINDER? Please note; that if you are not playing a straight vanilla, unmodified ROM; you may not find these items; as if you are using some form of rom hack; the object may have been overwritten or deleted from the map. Please also consult the guides in our ROM Hacking section for a list of emulators you can trust will work well and have minimal bugs.
