4th Gen i cant find route 224

Yeah, in Victory Road, near the exit (to the League) there was a man blocking an entrance to the east. You'll need Defog, Strength and Rock Smash, if I remember correctly.

By the way, your letter must be hacked as mudkiprulz said, so make sure you don't trade your Shaymin here because it's not allowed.
 
Near the exit of Victory Road, on the eastern wall, there is a small cave that a fat man was previously blocking. Enter it, and battle your way through to the other side.

Protip: Bring someone who knows Flash.

Why Flash, may I ask? I remember no place where you needed Flash (though I don't use defog either because I have a guide with maps, except the victory road is not there)
 
This is the guide in a nutshell >.<

After you beat the Pokemon League, a boy/man blocking a path in Victory Road got tired and went home, so now you have may enter the path he blocked. It takes some time until you find it but it's not hard, don't get me wrong. Oh, by the way, you need to have Pokemon with Rock Climb, Strength, Rock Smash, Surf and Waterfall. When you're in the right place, a girl asks you to escort her to Route 224, was it? Then you just walk around with her in a rocky maze nd try to get to the right place. There will be Trainer Battles, so also prepare yourself with strong Pokemon. After you've escorted her, you can just go to Route 224 and hang around in there.

Flash is only a luxury in this game, it is not an crucial part of the plot anymore. That's why it is a TM in D/P.

in the cave the only HM's you will need are
-defog
-rocksmash
-strength

Yes, but before you enter the cave you need Surf, Waterfall, Rock Climb and Strength.
 
thanxs and i i know its hacked but it helped i needed it on my dex i dont catch the hacked legs i just add to my dex so all pokes i do have are legit

except it wouldn't be any good because you hacked the pokemon and didn't put any effort in getting them;) well, the item. still, it isn't rigt to hack.
 
well i will do it again legitly when event comes out but other than that i dont hack like i had non legit darkrai but now i have legit movie darkrai

when you get the letter legitly, and already got shaymin, shaymin won't be there again. and, the darkrai was pokesav'd if you didn't trade fcs. because legit ones have classic ribbons.

no by that i have a diamond and a pearl and one is for legs to show as dex then thee other for legit catches when events come out thats y i dont trade formy my pearl only my diamond
