I can't use Horn Drill with Rhydon

You can't. It's a on-hit KO move, so to counter the obvious cheapness of it, it has a 30% accuracy rate. As such, nobody uses it.

in my experiances ive had alot of good luck with horn drill ... its all luck really

If the Pokemon are below the level your Pokemon is at the move will work, if they're above, "_____ isn't affected."

No there ain't a real way of fixing it, except using X Accuracies to increase the chance. Or go with a Lock-On / Mind Reader and a OHKO combo, which Articuno and Smeargle can learn from what I can remember.

The lower the opponents level is - the higher accuracy Horn Drill has.

If you're planning to use it in competetive - its horrible...

And also if the opponents level is higher than Rhyhorn's - it will NEVER hit,

Horn Drill is supposed to always miss. End of story. So good luck with that.

you dont need it if it misses than rydon will die anyways for how bad there defense is

LOL!!! Rhydon does NOT have bad Defenses. Its high enough to survive an Earthquake fom Garchomp :\

To be honest, why the heck would ANYONE want to use an OHKO Move? It's cheap. Simple as that.

omg just use items to incresaese accuracy or lower your opponets evaisnees they might help if you use it like a buch of times

lol no. Rhydon has tremendous defense.

Anyhow, horn drill has 30 accuracy...so don't expect to hit much. It has amazing attack though, so Earthquake will inflict plenty of damage itself. I recommend not using horn drill, and most people don't allow it anyways.

like they said its low accuracy. its really just reserved for beatin walls, if u get lucky u cud nail even a skarmbliss combo

The item that increases accuracy only increases Horn Drill's accuracy by about 3%. As for the accuracy/ evasion moves, I'm pretty sure those are banned.

Well...no. OHKO clause...besides, it's so cheap. Not like it ever hits. It is claused so that people who use those moves don't win with foolish luck, which is the idea behind OHKO clause. Who keeps blissey in against rhydon anyways?

i dunno, im not an expert on this sorta thing i just know some ameteurs rely soley on skarmbliss to wall everythin that comes at them

Ameteurs? I'm pretty good and I use skarmbliss...really, many good players use it. It's a good startegy...wow. Just wow. Anyhow, if you want to use rhydon, give it earthquake, rock slide, megahron, and focus punch. Slap on a CB and you're set.

Either way, why Rhydon? try evolving it lol

Lol at yourself. Time for a history lesson, k. There are different kinds of tiers, and many people prefer to play in each of their preferred tiers. OU- Overused -BL Borderline -UU Underused and finally, NU-Neverused. There is also the Ubers and legendaries, who are often mixed up. Ubers, which Slaking is NOT an example of because of his bad ability. Ubers are Pokemon with great stats, (over 600). great Movepool, whichever stats in theri attack that is higher of, they have a lot of those moves, as well as a good Ability. Also, rver consider that he/she might not have the Item and can't trade yet because this is, after all, in-game? Also, he/she may not be even able to trade at all for that matter. Also, that is one short little post. It's the size of a stick. Does it matter anyways? What if he doesn't want to evolve it, or is breeding for iv's and ev training it?

Getting back on topic.
You can make Horn Drill have 100% accuracy(which means it can still miss, but highly unlikly), Machop and Evos have an ability called No Guard, The Accurecy of all moves known by all pokemon on the field raises to 100%.

so you could try Machop/Machoke/Machamp and Rhydon in a double battle
