I choose You pokemon movie is garbage.

Every pokemon before the latest has been decent for me. However this is not the case with I Choose You. I never see such a poor and lazy excuse of a movie. I explain what it is wrong with it:

1. Not original - basically taking the episode and turning it into a one hour film with some changes to it. What a complete rip off.

2. Absence of Brock and Misty - the fact that these two are not with Ash just adds insult to injury. They are the original companions that deserves the respect they have earned.

3. Unneccessary - we don't need to see a retold story of ash starting his journey. We can just go back and see the episode. The movie was not needed at all. Utterly pointless and a waste of time.

To be frank, if this is the future of pokemon movies then i recommend not watching them. If they are not gonna put in an actual effort in their movies then they should not make them at all in my opinion.

Game of Thrones is terrible. So is the pokemon movie. Not gonna see either of them.

Because serebii posted everything about the movie in the movie section. I read the whole story. It is clearly lazy and disappointing.

It was the worst hour and a half of my life spent watching a Pokemon film when I saw it last week in Yokohama, but I just find it funny that some fans who haven't actually watched it hate it on principle and not because they've actually seen it.
