Issue: I didn't get a notification of a accepted friend

a user named pikaboy1994 apparently accepted my friend request, and I was totally unaware, usually it would show in my notifications when someone accepted but that one didn't for some reason, please fix this...

That's possible? I don't think you can ever get notifications if someone accepts. :|

Also, when you view that person's username under your Recent Visitors portion of your profile or in the Who's Online box at the bottom of the main index page, you'll see a plus symbol next to their username as a sort of note that you're friends with that person. Other than this, and the above mentioned, and the fact that we have a Friends tab within our profiles, I've never heard of anyone or ever experienced receiving a notification saying someone accepted my friend request in the past.

Just because you had a notification doesn't mean that was what it was about. There's no option on the drop-down for notifications for a friend accepting your request, it just doesn't happen. I don't really see a need for it either.

This post probably isn't necessary, but you do get a notification if you're added by someone, but you don't get one if they accept you.

As Toujours said, perhaps those notifications were for something else?

Btw you can check what the notification is about by clicking the arrow or 'your notifications'
