You 2 really do make good points,
Guys are more into that stuff than girls are for sure, maybe thats probably why i have only seen girly pokemon with feautures probably. Thats the way the male mind works, learned that stuff in sex ed in my school & everything, those things stimulate the male mind, i will HAVE to learn to live with that.
Anyways i went to google images & typed in Buneary(was looking for an avatar pic) & look what popped up in the first 10 pics....

to say the truth, guys who draw some of those bizarre Gardevoir pics might not know that their comments and drawings would be illegal in real life.

There was a case that a Japanese fan-artist got sued by Nintendo for drawing Pokemon with big boobs.
But that was because he/she made a book out of it.

Internet crime is far more difficult to process, but not being caught doesn't mean that your drawings are ok.

But in real life, if guys say "nice tits" to you, you can theoretically sue him.
Seriously, it IS illegal.
It's not your fault being offended, it's THEIR fault for offending you

That's not quite how it works. For example, if you go into an auto repair shop and see one of those swimsuit calendars up on the wall, you might get offended. However, you don't have the right to sue them for having it up, and it's not their fault for offending you by the images. If you have the option to not see the images or leave the area that they're in, it's not illegal.

In the same way, Google automatically sets their searches to filter out anything inappropriate, and although it doesn't catch everything, there's nothing pornographic if you search "Gardevoir" on there and keep the safesearch on. DeviantArt is the same way - they offer you the filter button, and you can report anything that's inappropriate and that the person didn't mark as such.

It would be illegal if they followed you around, shoving their images in your face in real life. The fan-artist was sued not because the characters had boobs, but because the characters are owned by Nintendo and if they're making money off of it, it's a violation of copyright. It's not a crime to draw a picture of a naked Gardevoir and post it on the internet, I'm not sure why you think that. If you posted it and then charged people to get into the website to see it, yeah, but otherwise, it's just fanart, just like any other fanart except less to your own tastes. Not illegal.

Jynx doesn't bother me really, it's fun to poke fun at....but overall I still think it's a cool enough pokemon. :)

huh?
I thought saying "nice tits" to a real girl is a type of sexual harassment and can be sued if evidence is provided. (which in most cases are not because you just won't go and record everything around you in a video camera)

of course pictures of swim suit ladies aren't illegal.

Isn't a naked Gardevoir a type of porn too?

Yeah, saying that to someone is sexual harassment. It was where you said that it's illegal to draw those pictures that you went wrong. Their comments about Gardevoir being hot, unless they're following you around saying it or saying it around you in a place that you can't leave (workplace, school, etc), isn't illegal, and in this case, they don't even come to you with the images, you're just running across them.

It would be considered a type of porn, but porn isn't illegal either, so I'm not sure what you're getting at. xD Maybe I'm just being dense because I just woke up from a nap, but what point are you making? I thought you were comparing the pictures to a guy harassing you in real life, which is why I gave the example of the calendar, which is a much more apt example of what it would be like to run across these kinds of people in real life.

yeah porn isnt illegal but its your choice if you look up porn, it wasnt my choice to see a naked gardeviour THATS THE POINT! So the poke nude pics should be illegal!

Sorry if i got a little amped up there, but i take this seriously,
Google filter button?what filter button? it doesnt work for crap? i used it & the same pics kept coming out,
the WHOLE point here is that they shouldnt be able to post that stuff, the same with porn because to get to porn you must type that disgraceful & low life stuff yourself!
I didnt want to see those naked bunearies! With BIG FURRY nipples! grossssssss

I searched "Gardevoir" with Moderate Safesearch on and in the first 11 pages, there was no porn. Absolutely zero naked Gardevoirs. Maybe you turned off the Safesearch yourself for some reason? It's there to protect you if you're easily offended by these kinds of things. If you search for "Buneary" with Safesearch on, the most you see is one anthropomorphized Lopunny - no nipples, but with boobs, and not drawn as if it was meant to be smut.

The filters on DeviantArt work perfectly well, especially considering you can turn them on and avoid the smut, and then turn it off for an individual image if the image is mature, but tastefully so and you'd like to see it anyway. The Google filter, while not giving you that option, is also very accurate and good at what it does. If you're still seeing smut when you search for Gardevoir, you're not searching "Gardevoir" with Safesearch set to moderate or higher. I just tried that and it worked fine. Turning it off implies that you can handle what you may see, and if it offends you so much that you want to make it illegal, then Safesearch is really what you need.

How does the safe filter switch thingy work?

On Google, it just removes all images that aren't appropriate from the search results. I even use it myself sometimes, if I'm looking for an innocent version of something that's often made into porn or something.

Uhh I see where your coming from. A few days ago go I went on google and typed in "Gardevoir pics" There i am mindin my buisness doobeedoobeedoo when all of a sudden WHAM! porno pic of loupunny sexually harassing garde. It dissapoints me when people think porn as a type of comedy...but then again the impossible things do hit one as "comedic" I would be okay with these pics as long as it makes sence. I.E. Garde and Gallade. But really...Garde and mewtwo? You know whats worse? How I remembered all this! I am a 13 yr old caucasion male and I would like to live the rest of my childhood fantasies without people F***ing it up. Its really sad america. BOO. HOO. But I feel the comedic entry sometimes like in this one pic. There were two gallade who saw this Guarde and they were wolf whistleing and stuff, the Guarde comes over and lifts up (his) dress and They were both like WTF???? Hahaha...still sad though...weres the love man....weres the love...
