I don't get this...

Well... I remember some time ago a member getting banned temporarily but he made a new account. Then I remember that an admin said that he was permanently banned for doing that. But now he is back... I don't want to mention the member but now his current accounts are not banned.
Care to explain?
Most of the posts I find of him are also spam...

Temp bans are temp bans, that's why they are called temp bans XD. Im sure his time was up. If he made a new account before his time was up then he needs to be banned again. So if you don't mind would you send his usenmae to me in a PM or another upper ^^

What coolmaster means is that a member was temporarily banned, but the same member came back because the ban was only temporary. Now he's spamming again, so good ole' Bobby's going to take care of it. X3
