I don't know what items or moves...

I have a team for Gen V, but I need help with the moves and items.

Hydregion, Lampent, Mienshao, Seismitoad, Swoobat, and Ferrothorn.

No changes to the Pokemon, JUST move and item suggestions.

It would also help if you listed their current movesets so people can suggest changes.

1 problem.......i don't know what the Gorillas are, right now THE GREATEST PEOPLE EVER are just level-up Gorillas.....

Bleeech...i just looked at the Gorillas, and THE GREATEST PEOPLE EVER are plasbad!

How the heck did cut and flash get in there?????
