If he's Gyro Balling, wouldn't he like Sassy (and 0 Speed IVs) as well?

Ive made the changes. Im certain the only thing wrong here isn't Steelix though.

specsZiken... i'm not convinced at all. it works for infernape but blaziken has a superior ability to do hard damage on both physical and special spectrum without having to switch out in uu, so it's just a lot easier to take advantage of that. i would try something like a subSalac/Liechi/Petaya set. maybe something like sub/fp/flamethrower/(stone edge vs thunderpunch vs hp grass).

if hitmontop's main purpose is to use priority moves then i don't understand all the speed investment. top is a lil bulkeh, so i suggest some hp evs. besides, you have enough speed on your team. just to put it on the table, offensive hitmontop sets w/o CB are quite bad. they're so easy to counter, i don't know why anyone would bother.

espeon is just dead weight on your team. it only adds to your ghost/psychic weak and can't prevent set ups at all. if an opposing mismagius got a spped boost, you'd be finished in minutes.

you can probably benefit from dropping espeon for something like Noctowl, who not only resists EQ and Shadow Ball, but has Insomnia + Whirlwind to stay up and prevent setups. you could try a Calm set like Air Slash/(Heat Wave vs Shadow Ball vs Psycho Shift)/Whirlwind/Roost. racking up SR damage is an added benefit to punish SD Scyther who definitely gives your team some trouble when you can't rely on Steelix. if you want something less SR weak but resists shadow ball, encore Scarf is a great way to punish set ups. something like an Adamant, Scarf Lopunny w/ Return/FirePunch/Encore/Twave will save your team from difficult situations and believe it but lopunny can take some hits.

wow i completely forgot steelix got curse. must...use...now.
