[Questions] I got this rainbow secret rare Gyarados card and noticed it's number is wrong??

    So so I got this rare Gyarados card right it's the rainbow secret rare VMAX and I was checking it out and putting it in another book and I was looking at all the numbers of my cards and noticed it says 29 out of 203 instead of 207 out of 203 so it's numbering is supposed to be the regular Gyarados card but it's picture is the rainbow secret rare Gyarados card without the texture I don't even know what to think... Thoughts on this are welcomed and greatly appreciated..
     
    It's counterfeit. Misnumbered cards aren't uncommon among fakes, and fake full arts often lack the texture.

    Another thing to look out for is shiny strokes around the text. Real full arts should have opaque white stokes.
