Hey, How's it going? I'm Thatonejimmy, as you probably saw earlier when you clicked on this thread, probably wondering "Jimmy, if that's alright to call you, what exactly do you bring to the table?" well, let me tell you. I'm capable of making sprites, but I'm taking a break from doing that currently, I play Pokemon (you know, the game that this website's based around?), and currently own all of the main series games (well, one from each set) that came out on the Nintendo DS and 3DS families. I don't battle competitively as of now, but that's subject to change at any point in the future. My favorite game in the series right now is probably a tie between Emerald (played on an emulator) and HG/SS. Emerald, not only because it was a great game, but the legendary Pokemon weren't stuck behind events, like in every Pokemon game after it, so you could actually get everything legitimately in the game. HG/SS are up there too, mainly because they were the first games I saw through to the very end. I Play Pokemon go, but I live nowhere near any good Pokemon, Pokestops, or gyms right now, so I haven't played it as much as I'd like to. I hope that whoever's reading this isn't daunted by this wall of text, so...

Tldr: I'm some random dude who likes pokemon.

Hiya Jimmy! Welcome to PokéCommunity.. great to have ya here with us. =) Great choice of favourite game—Emerald and HGSS were fantastic. I too played HGSS through to the very end and even past that, played in the Pokéathlon and stuff for hours, lol! Do you have a favourite Pokémon in the series? ^ ^ Or perhaps do you play any video games besides Pokémon?

I loved HGSS! It's my favorite Pokemon game, but man was it long (I took 87 hours when I was even hacking so I wouldn't have to grind 25 levels to fight the Elite Four second time after trying one million times. Also to get a Lucario without waiting three months, and to get a Ralts swarm to appear because it wouldn't appear, and to evolve my Electabuzz because Nintendo shut down online). Anyways hello! I'm making a ROM hack myself, Pokemon Ruby+. You seem like a pretty cool guy and I can't wait to talk to you on the forums!
