I have a question about backgrounds

Okay, after I put say a holosheet into the picture part of the card, how do I add a Pokemon picture into the same background using the same holosheet background? I am using Paint Shop Pro!

I have no idea how to do it on PSP. But if it's like Photoshop, i'm taking a wild guess, put the pic at the top of the holo sheet, unless you want your Pokemon holo too. But use a tool that is used to cut around the Pokemon, and drag it (or C/P it. I'm not familiar with PSPro functions). Then, just place it on top of the holosheet, or, you can do the background first, then place the Pokemon, then place the holosheet on top, then change the transparentcy of the holosheet and use the eraser tool on it where the Pokemon is so that Pokemon is no longer holo. If someone can explain it better, then follow there advice.

    1. Make Background and use drag it to the white rectangle of the card blank
    2. Open a new file to create a Pokemon and go ahead and make it
    3. Use the Magnetic Lasso tool to trace around the Pokemon pic and drag it on top of the background
    4. Open up the holosheet file and make a rectangle out of it. Then Duplicate the layer by right clicking on the holosheet layer and select "Duplicate Layer"
    5. Set the top layer as Color Dodge at 80% opacity. then set the bottom layer at Multiply at 25-30%
    6. Move the layer with the Pokemon on it above both of the holosheet layers

There you have it, a perfectly executed Pokemon Holographic card. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask.
