i have a question about nintendo ds games hacking just using pc?

    Is there a way to create a random game of a gameboy color pokemon game just using the pc without speudo legendary and legendary pokemons? And if the answer is affirmative how to do it?

    there is a tool called universal randomizer and you can omit legendary ( remove and still randomize) pokemon and (not sure about pseudo legendarys) from being in the wild/ on trainers teams or as pokemon in the overworld. i also read your post about doing the same thing but with 3ds? (not ds games) i think and its a different process for randomzing 3ds games and i dont think you can keep out legendary as easily. here is the link for universal randomizer ( you also need Java installed to run the reandomzier exe (program) https://pokehacks.dabomstew.com/randomizer/downloads.php and java https://www.java.com/en/.
