    What is the Pal version of PBR?

    what is the lagoon collusuem?

    Does anyone know why Nintendo removed the feature on which some attacks effected the background?

    The PAL version is the version that is released in the UK and Europe, the Lagoon Collusuem is one of the many Collusuem's in the game where you battle other trainers, as for your 3rd question, i have no idea.
