Would it be all right if you could use DromEd to create an entirely different game?
Of course nobody in the Pokemon world knows what I'm talking about, so I'll explain.
There is a game called Thief: The Dark Project. It's a stealth game that was created in 1998 by the DromEd program. From what I've seen already, you can design your own characters, objects, sounds, and environments (you just have to use the right program for sound). That includes pokemon!
There are lots and lots of Thief fans that hve created their own missions and there are even a few with campaigns of their own. I was thinking, since I'm a Pokemon fan and a Thief fan, why don't we integrate the two? Of course, I'm not asking to integrate the stories and characters of both games, but I think we can use the DromEd program to design Pokemon missions, sounds, and environments. It already has an AI system.
Go to youtube and type in Thief: The Dark Project, and you'll find a large number of videos about the game. It's a 3D game with 3D sound. One thing that might be a problem with the Pokemon fans, though, is the fact that Thief is a stealth game, so it has some of the stealth elements (like footsteps, noises, visibility, etc.)
Think about it, you could design your pokemon missions in a 3D world, have your own sounds and environments, even voice acting! One day, it might become famous.
You might have to look around for Dromed, but most you'll find a detailed tutorial at the fan site called "Thief: The Circle"
Go to google, type in "Thief: The Circle", and you're there. This isn't spam, this is a reference and an idea.
Who knows, maybe even the Thief fans will like the idea and give you additional tips on how to create your pokemon missions, using DromEd. And hey, you never know, the Pokemon community might gain some more members.
Here is a link to a Thief gameplay video that will give you an idea of the 3D world and sound I'm talking about:
