4th Gen I have an important questio about EV training and power items!

The max amount of EV's for one stat is 255 right? So say I put the power bracer on one of my pokemon and i gain an extra 4 EV's for my attack stat every time i battle a pokemon. Would the max amount of EV's for my attack stat be increased then?

I'm just confused as to whether the power items allows the max amount of EV's to be significantly increased or if it just helps me reach the max of 255 faster.

EVs cap out at 255 regardless...the power bracer just helps to reach that point much faster. :P

u cant up the max amount of evs a pokemon can have.
