One has a serious nature, the other has already been traded off with a timid nature.

Well, I can breed you a magby. It evolves at level 30, so if you want me to evolve it for you, it will take me longer.

Well, I just got the egg, so it will take a few minutes to hatch, and then I have to level it up to 30. Do you want it leveled up so it has no EV's? If so I'll put it in the day care. From one to 30 shouldn't take too long, but I'd say 10 minutes or so after it hatches.

You can use a magby for that too you know. (I use a magby, myself). They have the same ability.
