UU Team That Needs a Tonne of Work

Remember my old Alakazam OU Team thread? Well that genius Dark Azelf suggested I use Porygon2 to counter Gyarados. It worked. Really well. Dark Azelf should be made King/Queen (sorry) of everything because Pory2 is now one of my favourite Pokémon. Probably second only to Alakazam. I'm a computing student, Pory2 is made of computer wizardry, and looks like a duck; I don't know why I didn't see it before! Anyway, Pory2 is UU, so I figured I'd have a gander around the UU and NU tiers, and lo and behold half my favourite Pokémon from the first and second generations are there! I could use Pikachu! In a battle!

Here is my first attempt at a UU team, it is very bad, as I basically have no idea what Im doing. I've used Clefable a bit on Shoddy and she pwns, but this is going to be a WiFi team when HGSS come out. You'll notice that I've not done a lot of thinking for myself as all of the sets are from Smogon.

• Facade
• Meteor Mash
• Softboiled

The plan here is simple, Protect to activate Toxic Orb and Poison myself, while Magic Guard keeps me from being hurt. Then use Facade to inflict heavy ouchies on anything but Ghosts, who will take a Meteor Mashing. My first thought here was I might get walled by Steels. Don't know what to do about that really.

This is a piece of awesome. It spreads Paralysis around, LOLs at Gyara even after a DDance, and looks like a computer duck. This doesn't need changing. I <3 my Pory2.

This is the last of the ones I'm remotely happy with. Its a bit of a gimmick to be honest, but I had a Blissey with it on Shoddy, no really I did! They weren't very good mind… He might be a bit disposable but if you have a suggestion which would work him in better, I'd love to hear it.

This seems like a good idea although I don't really know why, it gives good type coverage and I'd hope in UU it could stay alive a bit.

I read somewhere that these two work well together. I can imagine that Dugtrio counters a fair amount of Swellows counters pretty well.

I also considered an Omastar and a Nidoqueen for Spikes and Stealth Rock and such, so if they would fit feel free to suggest them. Especially Nidoqueen.

I think my first problem is I have no idea what to look out for. If its a UU Team my awesome Gyara counter, and all around genius Pory2 has nothing to counter if I am only against UU Pokémon…
