I have pokemon episodes 2 download

I hope I'm not getting too off-topic when asking this, (I apologize if I am) but does anyone know what episode the pic in PM2008's sig is from? I've never seen that pic before and am curious to know if it's from a particular episode.
 
i thought i'd post this here pokemon706. I've tried loads of times to upload the episodes onto the site. sorry i haven't been on aim and told you, but the uploads cut off at 15mb every time. Any reason for this. Is it a max upload limit or something?
 
If you can post links to English banned eps, I'd be grateful.
