I have Scarlet, Violet, and Brilliant Diamond. Which Switch pokemon game should I pick up next?

Hi there! Ive been in love with this series since I was introduced to it around 15 years ago, but I haven't played many of the mainline games. Ive played through original gold, and emulated all the GBA titles, as well as playing Sun/Ultra Sun when I was younger, and I would like to know what pokemon switch game is the logical next step for me to get. I loved the Alola games, loved Paldea, and thought Hoenn and Sinnoh were really fun too. So what should my next step be?

If you enjoyed Sinnoh, my advice would obviously be Legends Pokémon: Arceus. It's a fresh take on the series and it's a very different games for many different aspects. It has a good story and a good lore. It's not without flaws, but if you enjoyed ScaVio, you'll forgive PLA for the minor inconveniences.
It's honestly one of my favourite games, but if you're looking for the standard Pokémpn adventure, then it's not exactly that. If you're looking for that, then SwoShi will be a better fit.

If you loved Paldea, PLA is probably better since it also has a semi-open world. It does play quite differently though, with the different battle mechanics and being able to sneak around and throw balls at Pokemon, crafting things etc.

Personally I prefer Sword/Shield out of the two, though I enjoyed playing both.
