I doubt it. Get past Flash Tunnel and then tell me its still English. 98% done would mean past Rainbow Islands.

LMAO. You don't get it! If it was, they wouldnt be the same. Even look at the byte size.

LGTR + Leaf Green Rom = 16,777,216 bytes
Ripped Translation = 16,777,216 bytes

If it was 98% english, it would be noticabley smaller/larger. (depends on Character usage.)
