On Forry, I find EQ much more useful than Gyro Ball with all of the Heatrans and apes running around that you can hit with prediction. However, you can keep Gyro Ball if you want.

Heatran wants a Naive nature, and I feel that Dragon Pulse works better than HP Ice in this metagame tbh. However, that again is up to you.

Blissey's EVs are disgusting. 80 HP/ 252 Def/ 176 SpD is much better than that spread.

Gengar wants LO. Also, you can consider HP Fire>> HP Ice for Scizor, although you usually die to Bullet Punch.

Weavile really isn't that great as a late-gamer IMO, more of a revenge-killing type. If you want a more formidable late-gamer that can still slam Latias, you could try DD Tar.

I'll come back later if I spot any weaks. I'm too sleepy to look any further

    Gyarados weak.

Id use Scarf Gar to revenge kill it (Will-o-wisp/t-bolt/s-ball/f-blast is a cool set and poops all over its usual checks like zong, meta, scizor, tar, jirachi etc)

    Tar weak.

Id put something >> forry to better deal with it. A bulky fighter works.

Shard >> Punch on weavile. Weavile needs the priority for dragons and everything and its mother packing a scarf. Sash is stupid and fails on anything bar leads, use Expert belt or LO.
