I made a team

Rayqy has equal attack stats in both... thunderbolt is almost equal to earthquake (just 5 power off) if both stats are maxed out EV with neutral personality.

Latios with soul dew is darn ubar... I personally like sub and calm mind on it though instead of recover, to block toxic and sub is hard to beat for sp.sweeper... repeat and then sweep away.

Plusle = worst than Minun = worst than Raichu... in terms of battle, that's the flow of things

Masquerain having BOTH pseudohaze and haze is overkill... keep one and dump the other. Masquerain is completely NU so beware (cough low stats cough)

thunderbolt/HP ice/HP water

or Plusle[modest]
EVs - Sp 256, SpAtt 256
thunderbolt

For Kyogre
EVs - SpDef 128, SpAtt 128, hp 256
ice beam
rest
thunder/calm mind
surf/hydro pump

For Latios[modest]
thunderbolt
psychic
recover
ice beam

These are the movesets i would use ^_^
 
if Plusle is to be used...

Plusle- [speed + / atk -] @ leftovers/lum berry
EV: Speed, sp.def+hp
-light screen (hope you go first)
-wish/encore
-thunderwave
-seismic toss

Set up the screen, wave anything. Wish to heal team/self, and seismic toss as a last minute move... gets messed by any physical attacks. With light screen, you'll live those sp.attacks... Can always encore those annoying Jolt starters. If they sub, encore them to stop baton pass. If they bolt, well set up light screen and let them cry in vain or switch out... if they twave, let lum berry heal it off, and send out Duggy for slaughter. If it HP you, then... light screen?

Well, I am probably going to actually use this team in Colloseum in the Mt.100 battle thingy, so I don't think I will have too much of a problem. And what are you talking about, it has both pseudohaze and haze? That was just what purpose it was forfilling on my team. I couldn't really find any other R/S pokemon that learned both Haze and Whirlwind/Roar. I have to still check the Colloseum Pokemon. Maybe Suicune, learns both and has good stats...
 
There IS no need for both pseudohaze and haze... both of them gets the same job done with small differences. If a team is to have pseudohaze and haze, then it'll be on 2 different Pokemon so that if the team loses one, there's still the other.
 
Yeah, but I only have 1, Masquerain. That is it. My only one. Where are you getting this two of them from? It has Haze and Whirlwind, what is two of it? O_o I'm confused.
 
A Pokemon should either be a hazer, or a pseudohazer, but not hazer AND a pseudohazer... as the 2 attacks are redoned. That's like wasting a lot with flamethrower and fire blast together... that's all I'm saying...
 
Oh, nevermind, I get it. Duh, I forgot that whirlwind and roar get rid of the stat enhancers :P So lemme make a better one:
