I figured out how to do it... I still have problems tough

I am fustrated with these problems:
Getting rid of the spaces in the table when previewing.

I will ATTACH the current file for someone to fix. I will try HTML Tidy to see if that sloves the problem. if not... then someone has to fix it..

I dont want to be staff but i can make a layout and if you want i can make a banner so it resizes and looks normal. I learned how from viewing sources.
