    I am breeding a competitive Charizard and I would like it to have a higher chance of it being shiny. I can trade a competitive ready Defensive Umbreon with perfect IVs and EVs. The moves on the Charmander do not matter, it just can't be from the US
     
    I can sort you out, I've a 5IV Solar Power Charmander with Outrage and Flare Blitz and I'm Irish so :)
