I need a huge load of help with a fangame.

Hi, I'm really eager to make a Pokemon Fangame and I was wondering if someone could help me? I'm clueless on how to script or how to put together a game... I know, I'm sorta pathetic. The only thing I can really do is make sprites, maps, and write a storyline. I really don't want to ask for this much help, but could someone script and put everything for me? I'd be really grateful if someone could. If you can, thanks.
