I need a little work.

I need a team that's amazing, basically. I sort of need examples for good physical/special sweepers, some good tanks, and yeah. I'll post my current team, but it would be helpful if you guys ripped it to shreds and gave me some really good movesets for really good pokemon, keeping little or noone of what I had. Unless my stuff is considered good, which will surprise me.

Aerodactyl/Tyrone
Choice Band/Adamant
255 attack, 255 speed
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Double Edge
-Stone Edge

(Ew, I just tried this ou and it's awful. None of its attacks are amazing enough or get a stab to be an amazing speeper =( )

(Need help on this. I need another physical/special sweeper/tank. Things like dugrio, milotic, exe.)

Milotic @ wise glasses/leftovers
Modest
All EV into defensive stats and speed
-Toxic
-Recover/rest
-Ice Beam/sleep talk
-Surf

(Does this work? Never actually tried it.)
(PorygonZ would probbly replace it. Meh-i-dunno.)

(I dunno. Seems to work fairly well, if the person switches out into something with ice, you can twave it and switch into milotic or something.)

Hmm, I know this isn't a well rounded team, but I'm really new to the idea of sponges, tanks, wishpassers, exe.

Some of these are really weak ideas, I know.

I'm open to any and all suggestions. If you completely tear apart my team, insult me, and then compare my mother to a goat, I will still be glad if the team you suggested is better than the one I already have.

This needs to run off of Sleep Talk, at all times. Probably some SDef EVs might help it a little bit.

You don't necissarily need BOTH Spore and Substitute. They'll be switching off of Spore alone. =/

Even with defense EVs, Alakazam still falls prey to Physical Attacks.

Life Orb offers more power than Muscle Band.
And one more thing on Alakazam. Timid Nature instead of Modest.

Wouldn't double-edge be a better thing to delete for ice fang?

Stab'd stone edge is a bit more powerful, and Crunch is, imo, really needed in the set.
