Mitolic.
Electivire.
Mismagius.
Flygon.

Good move set, however, Bold nature increases Defense and LOWERS SP.ATK, and Milotic is more of a special attacker, so Modest nature would be better for it.

I heard this around the forum multiple times, so I just took it from there. I didn't really notice the nature, but your right.

Also, Hypnosis could replace Toxic.

Electivire - Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, and Flamethrower.
Mismagius - Perish Song, Destiny Bond, Ominous Wind, and Psychic.
Flygon - Flamethrower, Crunch, Dragon Pusle, and Earthquake/Stone Edge.

Bold does not reduce Sp. Atk, it reduces Atk. You must've gotten confused with Impish.
