No. Aerial Ace. EQ isn't necessary on primeape. at all.

That would be correct. EQ can work on primeape, I just don't recommend it. Ice punch deals with evil dragons...now that I think about it, jolly outspeeds adamant garchomp.

Depends. I see nothing that can stop garchomp on your team...so you might as well. CB gives you so much power anyways...

You are a little hera weak, and maybe Vire weak, but nothing too serious. I'm tired, so I'm starting to Sleeeeepy. Others can point out weaknesses. You don't have a sure-fire special wall, unless my eyes are deceiving me.

There's an edit button for a reason man...it is an emerald tutor move. I'd put EQ on a different pokemon. It isn't too helpful on Primeape. What pokemon does EQ take out that the other 3 moves don't?

Nope...in that case, you'll have to settle for a filler. It can learn overheat, and I think fire blast, which would certainly surprise skarmory...
