"Just to the left of the Pal Park, on Route 221, is a house. Inside you'll find a man who seems to have a thing for Pokémon of particular levels, and for belts! Every day he'll tell you he'd really love to see a Pokémon of level [insert level here]. Your job, should you choose to accept it, is to find a Pokémon of that level and bring it to him before the day is done. If you succeed, you will get one of three belts: A Black Belt, an Expert Belt, or a Focus Sash. If you fail, you have to come back the next day and try a new level.
