You should catch a Ferroseed in Chargestone Cave to replace your Emboar with. It evolves at level 40. After evolving, it can learn Power Whip.
Alternatively, you could catch a Tangela instead, but you have to teach it Ancientpower to evolve it.

Which game are you playing? Like current gen 6 generation or older?
I'll just throw out some fire types for now, as I assume you want a fire type to replace your fire type?
Charizard, arcanine...
Blaziken and Infernape both share emboars typing but are faster and I believe have better move pools?
If it's a gen 5 game... I went through my pokemon Black twice. Once with Chandelure and once with volcarona. I greatly enjoyed Chandelure for in game.
